Requests for Interviews & Photos

Welcome to Mercy Health Partners.  Thank you for your adherence to the following policies. These guidelines help us protect our patients. Please follow them when requesting interviews, photos and videos:

• Please call Public Relations and Marketing to set up your interview with a Mercy physician or associate at 231-672-4885.
• Reporters should identify all Mercy Health Partners’ associates by their MHP title in stories related to their roles at MHP, for example: Jane Smith, RN.  Physicians must be identified with the correct degree and specialty or practice name, for example: Jon Smith, DO, Westline Orthopaedics.
• Reporters are asked to use the complete name of the institution, Mercy Health Partners, when referring to us in a print or in a broadcast story.
• Advance notice of on-site interviews is necessary, whenever possible, so that we have sufficient time to secure a room, notify patient care areas, and schedule the appropriate patients, physicians, and associates for your story.
• A Public Relations and Marketing associate will accompany all reporters, videographers and photographers at all times on our campuses to protect our patients’ privacy.
